• Which parts of the joinery work did you complete?
• Why are you proud of this work?
• What techniques did you use and why?
• What challenges did you have to overcome during the process?

• You are NOT being judged on your ‘presenting’ abilities. we just need to see the joinery work and hear what you are saying.
• You are NOT being judged on your ‘filming’ abilities. A smartphone is more than good enough.
• Your video will NEVER be shared externally. Nobody outside of our senior management team will ever see this and it will be deleted once your application has been reviewed.

• If you need to submit the video in multiple parts, that’s fine. Like I said. This isn’t about the video, it’s about your joinery work and your ability to demonstrate your knowledge.

• This is your chance to show off your ability and stand out from the other candidates. Show us what you are capable of.

• If you are unable to access any of your previous work for whatever reason. Then please use your common sense to think of a way to demonstrate your joinery work ability, knowledge and experience in your video.
