Our reputation as a master builder speaks for itself and i know how great this opportunity is (I’m obviously biased). But I know this job isn’t for most labourers.

How much will I get paid?

You get paid depending on what you work do, and according to your qualifications and experience. We also have bonuses and rewards depending on hitting quality targets and deadlines.

Will I be 'on the books'?

Yes, you will be ‘on the books’ as you become a member of our lead labouring gang. You will be paid through the company with all of your taxes taken care of. You will also be entitled to 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)

How much work do you have?

A long run of work. Because of the customers we serve and the level of homes we produce, we can boast high levels of work even when the rest of the industry is struggling in a downturn.

When do I get paid?

You will get paid weekly at the end of each week by bank transfer.
